Privacy Policy

• Account: your email, an optional name, and a hashed password.
• Purchases: which pack you bought, when, and the order reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• What you create: product descriptions, links, images, brand colours and settings you enter, and the videos made from them.
• In your browser: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and local storage entries that hold credits you paid for before signing up.
• Basic logs: IP address, browser type and errors, kept for security and debugging.

• to run your account, add credits and make the videos you ask for;
• to send receipts and service emails (no marketing email unless you opt in);
• to prevent fraud and abuse, and to fix problems.

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Pocketsflow, our merchant of record, for checkout and payments;
• Anthropic, whose Claude models write the video plans and motion graphics;
• Higgsfield and the video models it runs, for generative video;
• our hosting, database and file-storage providers.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We keep your account and videos while your account is open. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Logs are deleted after a short period. When you delete your account we delete your inputs and videos within 30 days.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Email hello@promoaivideos.com from the address on your account. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
